Combines data, voice, and power in a single floor box. Includes a duplex receptacle plate, a data/voice plate, and a concrete cover. The flush cover and carpet flange are ordered separately (HPW3SFBCGY). Accommodates up to 8 jacks by utilizing a 3-port FSL frame with 3 jacks in the rectangular plate, each adding at the mid-floor of the unit a Hubbell 2-port station box with 2 jacks.

- All connections fully accessible through hinged cover
- When not in use, entire unit lies flat, level with finished floor
- Large capacity up to 8 jacks without power; 5 jacks with power
