Designed to plug into standard console and switchboard operator's headset jacks. Primarily used for operator training purposes where two headsets can be plugged into the GB221 Adapter for student and instructor use. Also can be used for emergencies or whenever it is necessary to connect two operators' headsets or telephone handsets in parallel to a single set of jacks. Consists of two pairs of tip-sleeve jacks, which are parallel connected to a 289 type double tip-sleeve plug. The jacks are spaced on 5/8" centers horizontally to accept all standard telephone type double tip-sleeve plugs. The assembly is contained in a light ash plastic housing.
