Splice Closure with 5 Tray Shelves accommodate copper twisted-pair (TWP) or fiber optic cables and provide excellent environmental protection for grounding points. With a compact lightweight design, these closures offer easy, cost-effective re-entry with flip-locking clips and utilize a reusable sealing that requires only cleaning and lubrication.
Splice Closure Features:
- Includes five tray shelves for up to 60 splices and 4 cable entries
- Cost effective and Convenient - No special tools required and all components in one carton
- Reliability - Tested in accordance with GR-771
- Easy access - Hinged case with snap-open clips
- Reusable seals - Only requires cleaning and lubrication
- Closure Terminal Type - Sealed
- The UCAO-05 has a 4" x 9" internal cavity and allows up to 28 mm cable diameters in four in-line ports; if used as a copper closure, 25 to 200 TWPs depending on cable size
