Leviton 20 Amp, 125 Volt, SmartLockPRO Duplex Receptacle is tamper resistant, hospital grade and has a straight blade. The receptacle is monochromatic, with indicator light, back & side wired 20A feed-thru termination, with steel mounting strap.
