Medium Range Proximity Card Reader is an HID compatible 125KHz proximity card reader that is ideal for parking control, gate access, turnstiles, etc.

- Read range of up to 16"
- Standard 26-bit Wiegand interface
- HID compatible
- Surface mounts to non-metallic wall, post, or single gang electrical box
- Mounts to Viking Gooseneck Pedestals (VE-GNP series) using optional mounting kits (sold separately)
- Designed for outdoor use, comes standard with enhanced weather protection (EWP)
- Pigtail connection for easy installation
- Four red LEDs indicates power and flashes during card read
- Transducer provides beep during card read
- Horizontal and vertical mounting slots allows reader to be conveniently adjusted and leveled
- Chassis is a single piece design to increase vandal resistance
- Mounting screws concealed behind a UV stable label
- Compatible with any Wiegand equipped Viking entry controller
- Designed to meet IP66 Ingress Protection Rating
