Quick Disconnect M7 Radio Connector Adapter for use on Kenwood K1 Radio Models. Converts a 6-pin QD connector (M7) for use on Kenwood K2 radio models. A member of the IMPACT 6 pin Hirose style in-line quick disconnect series. Available on all Platinum Series products, the quick disconnect feature allows the user to quickly and easily attach and detach the accessory without detaching the UDC/connector from the radio.

- This feature is particularly attractive when using multi-pin accessory connectors which are screwed down to the radio or when using retention brackets on single and dual pin jacks
