The Norstar Enhanced Business Communications Manager (BCM) Analog Terminal Adapter 2 (ATA 2) connects a station port to a standard analog voice device, such as a single-line telephone or a data communication device, such as a modem or facsimile machine. The ATA 2 provides on-premise service only.

This allows existing analog equipment such as modems, answering machines, and analog telephone sets to operate on the Norstar Business Communication systems with speeds of up to and including 28.8 kb/s. The power supply converts from 220V to 110V.
