Silver Service Plan Features:
- Covers all defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year following purchase
- Free software upgrades for one (1) year
- 24-hour advanced replacement of the product in need of warranty repair
- Unlimited technical telephone support
- Separate policy from the manufacturer's warranty
- Standard warranty terms apply
- TERMS:
The Gold or Silver Service Package must be purchased by the end user within 60 days of the original
product purchase; they may not be added at a later date. Silver Service Packages can be renewed within 60
days of expiration, each year up to at total of three (3) years.
The end-user price of the Service Package is per microphone channel and covers both the Revolabs Wireless
Microphone System and Wireless Microphone. The Service Package must be purchased for all channels on a
purchase order.
