GAI-Tronics CleanPhone Printed Circuit Board Assembly Kit includes PCBA 69152-001 and can only be used to replace PCBA 69152-001. If your CleanPhone has a PCBA different from 69152-001, this kit will not work. For CleanPhones with other PCBA numbers, Front Panel Replacement Kit 12575-001 must also be purchased to ensure compatible connections. The PCBA part number is located on the side of the PCBA.
This Kit is used on the GAI-Tronics 295F Flush Mount and 295W Wall Mount
