Single Gang Plastic Faceplate for Simplex Floor Jacks provide color matched covers for Suttle's floor jacks. The 860B is for simplex floor jacks with two counter sunk mounting holes on center to center spacing of 2-3/8". Each jack opening has an area for outlet identification.
