Modular jack assembly, 4 and 6-conductor, with stainless steel face plate for use with desk telephones. Mounting screws are furnished for flush mounting on a standard outlet box. Ideal for hospital, medical office and industrial applications where ease of cleaning and corrosion resistance are requirements. Includes an insulation piercing terminal block and quick connect wire retaining clips, which hold the conductors in place. The need for special tools for wire insertion is eliminated. The entire terminal block assembly is protected by an insulating plastic cover.
