On-Hold Plus 7000 music on hold device with CD player is for use with any PBX/KEY telephone system. Works with all types of phones (even cordless).
SD card MP3 format should be FAT (File Allocation Table) not FAT32
When SD card is installed on board memory can not be viewed or played
