SuperAgent is a passive server side analyzer that quickly tracks and measures end-user response time - without desktop or server agents.
SuperAgent monitors end-user application response times and identifies the source of delays, all without the deployment of desktop or server agents. In addition to investigating problems as they occur, it provides a historical, enterprise-wide view of applications, servers and networks so network managers can quickly isolate and resolve performance problems. SuperAgent automates the management of application performance so network managers can improve end-user satisfaction.
