2-Wire Quick Disconnect Medium Duty Lapel Microphone with Remote PTT and Clear Acoustic Tube Earpiece for Vertex and Yaesu x42. The SPM-2300 Series is a 2-wire style surveillance kit that features a lapel-style microphone with a stealth clothing clip that can either be secured to the user's clothes or dropped down a shirt sleeve.
