What is a DSL Filter?

Having problems with your phone line interfering with your DSL line? DSL Filters filter out impedance from phone lines and deliver high bandwidth DSL, while preserving quality and clarity in the telephone line.

Which DSL Filter Should I Get?

There are three different types of DSL Filters: Outdoor DSL Splitters, Wall Mount Splitters, and In-Line Filters.

In-Line Filters
Eliminate erratic impedance from telephone equipment that interfere with DSL transmissions. In-Line Filters connect between an existing wall jack and voice device. Available in two different types: In-Line Line Conditioners and In-Line Adapters.

In-Line Line Conditioners: Connect between the wall jack and voice device (e.g. phone, fax, answering machine, Caller ID, analog modem) providing a single filtered jack for voice device communications.

In-Line Adapters: Connect between the wall jack and voice device (e.g. phone, fax, answering machine, Caller ID, analog modem) providing both an unfiltered DSL jack for DSL connection and a filtered jack for one or two lines of voice device communications.
