The KC-IFA is a network video interface adapter that allows the Aiphone color video door station to be connected through a video server (not supplied by Aiphone) to any PC connected to a LAN or WAN network. This provides audio and video identification and access control for a person at the camera location, answered from a PC. The KCS-IFA network video interface adapter kit is composed of a color KC-DAR Video Door Station, a KC-IFA adapter and a PS-2420UL power supply. The system’s features include alarm notification, event recording, remote door or gate answering and door release control. This enhanced system meets applications that need a large quantity of video door stations and have the capacity of using a local desktop computer. The KCS-IFA set provides a video entry solution not seen with previous Aiphone video entry systems.
