With the exception of defective equipment, (that is being replaced) all or part of your order from TWAcomm.com will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or $10.00, whichever is greater.

Once your information is received, an RMA form will be sent to you which must be signed and returned before an RMA number will be assigned.

Returned merchandise must be repackaged including all items and the original packaging, literature, etc. in the original manufacturer's box. All items being returned must be placed into a separate shipping box. Clearly and visibly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (do NOT mark on the manufacturer's original box or alter it in anyway). Send your prepaid package to the address listed in the email you received, using a carrier with a tracking system. Only approved RMAs meeting the return policies will be accepted and all returns must be requested within 30 days of your original purchase.

**Defective Equipment Exchange**
TWAcomm.com will replace defective equipment within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned equipment a replacement will be shipped back to you. Normal turn-around time is approximately 5 business days. For faster processing a new order may be placed for the same item and paid in full. Upon receipt of your returned equipment full credit will be issued to your account (including shipping).
