With the exception of defective equipment, (that is being replaced) all or part of your order from TWAcomm.com will be
charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or $10.00, whichever is greater.

Returned merchandise must be repackaged including all items and the original packaging, literature, etc. in the original manufacturer's box. All items being returned must be placed into a separate shipping box. Clearly and visibly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (do NOT mark on the manufacturer's original box or alter it in anyway). Send your prepaid package to the address listed in the email you received, using a carrier with a tracking system. Only approved RMAs meeting the return policies will be accepted and all returns must be requested within 30 days of your original purchase.
